From I-81.

 

Take Exit 170B to PA 309 N / PA 115 N towards Wilkes-Barre (Cross-Valley Expressway).

 

Take Exit 1 to PA 309 / 315 (Wilkes-Barre/Dupont) and stay right on the exit ramp.  Follow the signs to Wilkes-Barre to merge onto Kidder St. (309/315).

 

After passing the Wyoming Valley Mall, turn left into the East End Center and follow the screams…
