 In late
September 2006, “Night Terrors” opened as the only 100% professionally
designed, constructed, and operated haunted house in Northeast
Pennsylvania.
“Night Terrors” is the creation of local theatrical
production company Renaissance Entertainment Technologies, Inc. With over 50 years combined experience
internationally in professional theatre and the haunted attraction industry,
the “minds behind the haunt” are looking forward to once again sharing their
ideas of “terror” with Northeast PA.
RET’s work has been seen as part of
community events such as WNEP’s annual “Trail of
Treats”, Entercom’s “Safe Halloween”, and New York
City’s “Great Halloween Party” in Central Park. For the past 8 years, their work has also
been on display at another local haunt in West Nanticoke,
where they were responsible for raising the quality and safety of the
attraction through the integration of national safety standards and new
interactive experiences never before seen in the area.
 The company
is pleased to be a part of the West Pittston
community and to provide another safe yet terrifying haunted attraction with
all-new rooms. Thrills, chills,
screams, and amazement are waiting within the dark halls of “Night Terrors”,
thanks to 3 full-time professionally-credited designers on staff, and just
the right blend of computer control and live action. Your self-guided tour will take you on over
a ¼ mile walk indoors through climate-controlled twists and turns where you
will be “terrorized” from the moment you enter until the moment you run
screaming out.
